Further death on VLCC Zoha 1 in Sharjah

There has been a further death from a fire onboard VLCC Zoha 1, so a total toll of four, according to Maritime Executive.

The vessel caught fire 20 miles offshore Sharjah on Wednesday Feb 26 2020.

Indian consular officials in the UAE reported that two Indian nationals were dead and three people were missing. Eight others were injured in the accident.

The two additional bodies recovered over the weekend were not recognizable.
