Odfjell buys and sells vessels in a timecharter swap

Odfjell has signed an agreement with Star Tankers, Isle of Man for the purchase of the 33,190 dwt 'Jo Brevik' (1986) built at Aker Florø Norway.
She is a sister vessel of 'Bow Viking' (1981).
In addition, this agreement included the sales of 'Bow Pioneer' (1982) and 'Bow Hunter' (1983) of 23,000 dwt each to Star Tankers including a timecharter back to Odfjell.
At the same time, Odfjell terminated the current timecharter agreement, also with Star Tankers, concerning the 'Bow Asir' (1982) and 'Bow Arar' (1982).
Star Tankers is a company controlled by Torkel Alendal.
