Massive oil tanker blocks Bosphorus after steering controls reportedly malfunction

Technical problems onboard a 249-meter-long oil tanker have led to a temporary suspension of traffic in the Bosphorus, conjuring uneasy memories of the Suez Canal blockage earlier this year.
