BazePort launch BBC Studios content

Oct 14 2021

BBC Studios and Baze Technology have entered into a partnership to offer premium British on demand content on BazePort IPTV.

BazePort is a renowned IPTV system in use in the maritime and energy industry worldwide. Their new collaboration with BBC Studios will offer the option for its users to add high-quality on-demand content. BBC Studios catalogue is critically acclaimed and perhaps the very best collection of premium British TV content available. We're all familiar with a TV show, crime, drama or stunning documentary from Europe's number one broadcaster.

We are very proud that BBC Studios has chosen to partner with Baze to offer their great content to our BazePort IPTV users. “Working towards a better user experience is always our goal”, says Thorstein Rinker, SVP business development in Baze Technology.

The BBC Studios catalogue has a wide variety of content, and it is possible to build a bespoke package of titles for a client. One of the first to adopt this idea was a cruise vessel operator that specialises in explorer cruise travel. BBC Studios suggested a bespoke set of documentaries with a nature theme to suit the interest of the typical explorer cruise traveler. In addition, Baze Technology plans to offer several BBC Studio packages suitable for different audiences.

BBC Studio content is available worldwide and on all types of commercial vessels.
