Tanker Operator conferences

Tanker Operator's first conference on the theme of Navigating Ecotankers will be held in Copenhagen on Thursday 27th March.

This conference will address the issue of how tanker operators should best turn eco pressures into opportunities.

Speakers confirmed as of today include Capt Steven Sandorff, NORDEN’s director and head of tanker operations, Stig Holm, general manager, Thome Shipmanagement Denmark, Allan Rasmussen, TORM’s vice president energy efficiency and innovation, Steen Sander Jacobsen, fuel optimisation manager, Maersk Tankers,  Sverre Patursson Vange, head of performance management, Lauritzen Kosan, Jens Bucchave, managing director, Terntank Rederi, Brian Bender Madsen, senior engineer, Knud E Hansen and Jens Jensen, manager retrofit sales, MAN PrimeServ.

This is to be followed by our third Tanker Operator Athens conference, to be held on Tuesday 8th April (note change of date), produced in association with Ulysses Systems.
