Alphatron opens up in the Caribbean

Mar 29 2019

Due to the expansion of business and personnel, Alphatron Marine’s branch office on Curaçao is being relocated.

The new office building is strategically located on the Mathey Wharf in Sint Annabaai, a natural harbour, which is the largest in the Caribbean.

As a result, the Curaçao staff will be able to quickly respond to any sales, service and maintenance needs for new and existing customers and for all IMO-vessels.

In addition, one of Alphatron’s largest business partners, Damen Shipyards Curacao, has taken over the existing drydock, formerly Curaçao Dry Dock Co. Since the new office will be located close to the shipyard, the company will have an even closer partnership, it claimed.

The new Alphatron Marine Caribbean office’s opening was due to take place on 29th March, 2019. From 1st April, the Sint Annabaai facility will be operational.

“We are looking forward to the opening of our new office,” said Mark Meerveld, Manager Alphatron Marine Caribbean. “From this office we can provide an improved service to existing and new customers. It will also give us the opportunity to increase the presence of JRC and Alphatron Marine brands in our area.”
