FSL Trust in Heidmar pool deal

FSL Trust Management, the trustee-manager of Singapore-based First Ship Lease Trust, has signed a pool agreement for two LR2s with US-based tanker operator Heidmar.

The ships are 2006-built ‘FSL Piraeus’ (ex ‘Torm Margrethe’) and ‘FSL Perth’ (ex ‘Torm Marie’), which have recently come off bareboat charter and been renamed.

The two LR2s will enter into the Sigma Pool.

Heidmar operates a fleet of around 80 ships, including VLCCs, Suezmaxes, Aframaxes/LR2s, and Panamaxess.
