Mar 19 2020

The second tanker with oil bought on the international market for a refinery in Belarus has arrived in Klaipeda, Lithuania.

Belarus is landlocked but connected to Russian oil by pipeline. Russian oil companies stopped shipping oil to Belarus on 1 January due to the absence of an agreement on prices.

The oil through Klaipeda will be delivered to the Belarus refinery by rail.
