Skuld’s new CEO

Apr 04 2014

From 1st February, 2015 Stale Hansen will take over as CEO of H&M and P&I service provider Skuld.

Hansen has been with the company for more than 11 years and has been on the executive management team for six years serving as the company’s finance director.

He will succeed Douglas Jacobsohn, who will retain the role of an executive director on the board, supporting the definition, implementation and delivery of Skuld's agreed 2020 strategy.

Jacobsohn said: "I know that under Ståle's stewardship, Skuld is in excellent hands and our ambitious plans for the future will be expertly managed. This is very positive news for Skuld and for our members, clients and other stakeholders, and I know that we will continue to go from strength to strength, with service at the core of everything we do."

Skuld chairman, Klaus Kjærulff, added: "Douglas has led Skuld for 14 years with great distinction and has been a significant force in taking Skuld to where it is today. We are indebted to him for his enormous contribution and that is why we have created a new role of executive director on the board so that he will remain actively involved across Skuld."
