Ms Hinkley has been a Teekay LNG director for over 10 years and has extensive management and board experience in the shipping and oil and gas industry, including serving as the managing director of Navion Shipping and CFO and managing director of Gotaas-Larsen Shipping Corp and currently serves on the board of Premier Oil and Vesuvius, both London Stock Exchange listed companies.
Vince Lok, Teekay’s executive vice president and CFO and Teekay Tankers CFO, has been appointed as a member of the board, replacing Kenneth Hvid, Teekay’s executive vice president and chief strategy officer, who will remain a director of Teekay Offshore Partners.

Teekay Tankers also announced that Peter Evensen, Teekay Corp’s president and CEO, has rejoined the board. He previously served as a director of Teekay Tankers from October 2007 to June 2013.
Kristian Mørch (47) is to take up his position as CEO/president of Odfjell on 1st August, 2015.
He will step down as board director of the company on the same day.
Mørch previously held the position as co-CEO of Clipper Group and was previously COO of Maersk Tankers.
Andrew Cassels has taken over at the helm at OCIMF, following Dave Cotterell’s return to Shell after serving five years as director.
Cassels joined BP in 1975 as a deck cadet and spent 14 years at sea rising to Master.
Following a move ashore, he held a broad range of roles across BP Shipping and BP Exploration.
