United Maritime updates on tanker delivery schedule

Aframax vessels, renamed M/T Parosea and M/T Bluesea and LR2 tankers, renamed M/T Epanastasea and M/T Minoansea, are scheduled to be delivered to the Company within the first and second week of August.

July 26, 2022 – Glyfada, Greece – United Maritime Corporation (the “Company” or “United”) (NASDAQ: USEA), announces the indicative delivery dates of the recently announced tanker fleet acquisition. The two Aframax vessels, which will be renamed M/T Parosea and M/T Bluesea, are scheduled to be delivered to the Company within the first and second week of August, respectively. The two LR2 tankers, which will be renamed M/T Epanastasea and M/T Minoansea, are also scheduled for delivery within the first and second week of August, respectively. Deliveries are subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions. Furthermore, the public offering of 8,000,000 units at the price of $3.25 per unit and gross proceeds of approximately $26.0 million was successful closed on July 20, 2022, as scheduled and announced on July 18, 2022. Maxim Group LLC acted as the sole placement agent in connection with the offering.
