Coast Guard rescues man with health issues from oil tanker

A U.S. Coast Guard aircrew from Astoria rescued a 42-year-old man experiencing stroke-like symptoms on Friday. The man was a crew member on board an oil tanker about 200 miles southwest of Astoria.
