Bergeron quits LISCR

Scott Bergeron has left his position as CEO of the Liberian International Ship and Corporate Registry (LISCR), the organisation has confirmed.

No reason was given for his sudden departure.

Adam Cohen and Elan Cohen are continuing to lead LISCR as executive chairmen, LISCR said in a statement.

In addition, Alfonso Castillero has been promoted to COO, reporting directly to the Cohens.

Christine Doherty continues in her role as CFO and administrative officer, and Benson Peretti continues as senior vice president of global services.
